
Trevor is a philosophical man whose ideas and projects are tempered firstly by the deep regard he has for people and secondly by the ethics he has around wild life conservation.
Gail is his gentle and practical muse and manager.
She helps bring Trevor's ideas to fruition.
Together they created a 9 hole Golf Course and Lodge on their 120 acres in a place called Moonlight.

Trevor strives to do the right thing as a Department of Conservation Ranger and a trustee of the Paparoa Wildlife Trust.
Passionate about Conservation, Trevor and Gail sold the 7th and 8th holes for a Kiwi Crèche. On the edge of the Golf Course, the predator proof fencing of the Creche is visible from the Lodge.
The Trust collect eggs from Kiwi burrows in the Paparoa ranges for incubation in a special facility in Canterbury. When the chicks hatch they are released into the safety of the Kiwi Crèche until they are big enough to defend themselves against stoats and rats. 
Chicks are fitted with transmitters and monitored until they are 1.2kg.
You may be able to hear them calling at night.
Trevor is a great listener. He is always on for a yarn.
